There’s something special about this group and I think it’s because it feels highly curated. My fellow women in this group are friendly, authentic, bright, motivated, smart & funny. It’s not the cheapest membership but I think that is a really good thing. It means that everyone participates and the quality is sky high. It really has broadened my horizons. Such a great ROI. I was delighted when Fleur opened her Real Work group and knew that it would be right fit for me due to Fleur's maverick, can-do attitude and inclusive style. I joined because I love Fleur's style and it was a pivotal time where I needed a bit of her energy in my business life; I got is so, so much more. Take a group of super smart women coming together, all doing amazing, interesting things, put them in a supportive collaborative space, with Fleur bringing the humour and glue and you’ve got something really special. We learn so much from each other, every conversation is full of gems, everyone had something to share. If you want to arm yourself with the energy, tools and confidence to make real change to your business, then this is the place to be. This has been a powerful few months, highly recommended but be warned, you’ll never want to leave!

This is a no-fluff group where you get actionable feedback on your ideas before implementing. It’s also extremely supportive, it feels as though everyone genuinely wants each one of us to succeed. This is the best group I’ve joined probably ever (and I’ve tried a few!)

It’s a cliché but working for yourself is bl**dy lonely so this group is my accountability, my cheering squad and team mates who I can bounce ideas off. The access to Fleur’s online courses is also super valuable. Totally recommend!
